See Art, Create Art, Celebrate Art. For more than 36 years the Arts Council of Snohomish County has been the place to see art, learn about art, and celebrate art. Now that we've opened as the new Schack Art Center, we will continue to enrich our community through art education programs, admission free exhibits, and annual special events.
